The crinkle-cut fries at the diner nearby hit the spot! Café vibes were laid-back, too. The room was super clean and smelled fantastic when you first walked in. Plus, the fridge & A/C worked great, making it a comfy stop after a long drive.
The place had a bit of a run-down feel, with a door frame that needed replacing and some fixtures showing rust. A touch of TLC would do wonders, but it still shined through the quirks.

Unexpected comforts at the inn
The check-in was smooth and the staff friendly, making for a pleasant start to our trip. The room was well-kept, with fresh linens and a great fridge to keep drinks cold.
However, the bathroom could use some upgrades. the tub didn't drain very well. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night, which left us feeling uneasy.

newly striped parking lot, convenient storage space, quiet location off I95
The water tasted off enough that brushing my teeth felt uncomfortable!!! Rusty room fixtures gave a grungy vibe!!! A neat outside pool was concreted over, missing patio or outdoor amenities that could enhance the stay!!!

the lobby reeked of confusion, I waited forever as they handled an unfamiliar guest. my room was charmingly adorned with rusted fixtures and a broken curtain. I guess it woudl ve been too much to expect a complimentary upgrade for my troubles! I'm just lucky I didn't end up at a five-star place!

Cozy and clean with a few quirks
Stayed for a night and really liked how clean the place was! The staff was super nice and helpful. We even got to bring our dog for free, which was awesome. Only thing was the bathroom kinda needed some upgrades, but it was still functional. Grabbed a bite at a nearby diner. those fries were the bomb!
